William Bunker Hinchcliff

Police Officer Hinchcliff, assigned to the 20th District, was riding on his Police Motorcycle, in pursuit of a vehicle when he crashed at Belgrade and Orthodox Streets on April 23, 1935. He succumbed to his injuries at 1:22am the following morning. He was 32 years-old and served with the Department for 3 years.
