John Cousin

Detective John Cousin was outside of his home, on a usual nightly walk, when he was confronted by three masked gunmen in an attempted robbery. During an exchange of gunfire, Detective managed to hit two of his attackers before he was fatally wounded. He was 48 years-old, served with the Department for 26 years, and is survived by his wife and son.
