Freddie Dukes

Police Officer Freddie Dukes, assigned to the Highway Patrol Unit, was shot and killed while trying to stop a robbery in progress inside of a bar at 57th Street and Woodland Avenue while off-duty on December 24, 1990 at approximately 11:46pm. He succumbed to his injuries the following day.
