Daniel Meehan

Police Officer Meehan, assigned to the Juvenile Aid Bureau, along with Police Officer Stella Donahue, were on patrol when Officer Donahue lost control of their vehicle and struck a tree at Roosevelt Boulevard and Sandyford Road.
