Charles Brown

Police Officer Brown was killed as a result of a gun shot wound when his pistol accidentally discharged on November 19, 1946 inside of a building at 535 Spruce Street. He succumbed to his injuries eight days later. He was 29 years-old and served with the Department for 16 years.
