Wilfred Doyle

Sergeant Wilfred Doyle, assigned to the 90th District, drowned when his patrol vehicle plunged into the Schuykill River at Montgomery Drive, while responding to a report that a woman had jumped off the Girard Street Bridge. Sergeant Doyle was 31 years-old and served with the Department for 11 years.
