Artis Norris

Police Officer Artis Norris, assigned to the 17th District, suffered multiple critical stab wounds while trying to break up a fight inside of Dino’s Lounge on the 100 block S. 46th Street at 1:55am while off-duty. He was 34 years-old and served with the Department for 2 years.
