James Clarke

Police Officer Clarke, assigned to the Moyamensing Avenue and Dickinson Street Station, had rescued two women from a gas explosion inside of a building at 1100 block Greenwich Street, when he was killed in a third and unexpected explosion. He was 54 years-old.
