John C. Stratton

Police Officer Stratton suffered a possible heart attack in the 7th Police District parking lot at 9:00pm, after aiding in arresting numerous adults and juveniles for disorderly conduct at Knights and Ellicott Roads. He was 40 years-old, served with the Department for four years, and is survived by his wife and three children.
