Ernest Schwoeble

Police Officer Schwoeble, assigned to the Accident Investigation District, had arrested a rape suspect on the highway at Uber and Diamond Streets. Upon returning to his patrol vehicle, he collapsed and suffered a heart attack at 7:45pm. He was 26 years-old, served with the Department for 4 years, and is survived by his wife and daughter
