Charles R. Reynolds
End of Watch: 1969
Police Officer Reynolds, assigned to the 14th District, was making a car stop investigation at the intersection of Chelten Avenue and Anderson Streets at 12:15am. Upon searching the suspects, he located a revolver carried by one of the offenders, which fell to the ground, and accidentally discharged, striking and killing Officer Reynolds. He was 31 years-old and served with the Department for 4 years. He is survived by his son and mother.
